• While most owners have not updated their home in years, we travel to our home frequently and replace and update things on a regular basis. You can be assured that the home you see in the pictures is the home you will see when you walk in the doors. We try and make everything as perfect as possible for our guests.

 

• LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our town home is the closest one to the clubhouse and main pool. It is literally just a few steps away! We also have extra parking located right next to the town home which makes it very convenient for parties with 2 cars.

 

• PRIVACY and extra yard space. Our end unit home has a private back yard as well as a really nice area on the side of the home to run around and play yard games. Being an end unit also means that you only have one shared wall in the home creating extra privacy inside as well as outside. It also means that one whole side of your pool area is screen and not solid wall like most all other town homes. This lets in all the extra sunlight you desire!
